Luxurious hotel, magnificent location very near Durres beach and knowledgeable staff. Beautifully designed and modern rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Comfortable beds and a safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed.

elegant-style building, quiet and elegant rooms with the "sea", a nice overhead shower, as example. quiet atmosphere and modern decor.

The rooms here are modern, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like hair dryers, shower caps, and large towels.

Right in the heart of the city, you could walk to all the great restaurants, shops, and bars. the hotel also offered a great breakfast, mixing traditional Albanian cuisine with an English breakfast. the views from the room were stunning, truly breathtaking. the facilities were also top-notch, ensuring that even those with disabilities could have a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a few minor issues, but nothing too disrupting.

There was some traffic noise at night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. our room did not have a desk, but we didn't mind too much as we weren't planning on doing any work during our weekend stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was conveniently situated near all the major highlights and attractions, making it easy to get around. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. One aspect that could be improved was the fridge in the room. It seemed to only work when the door card key was inserted, which meant that all the drinks and snacks would go hot and cold throughout the day.

Plus, even the taxi ride to the beach is affordable.

One minor downfall was the inconsistent TV connection, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

The staff at Hotel Kloest were some of the nicest I've ever encountered. On a rainy day, they lent me an umbrella so I could explore without getting wet. They even provided me with a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance I needed. The location was perfect, with a discount at a delicious restaurant across the street. Although the breakfast choices were limited, the rest of my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
